black things in kitten ears??? (O.O)?

b4 yesterday my 3 mounth old kitten was scraching his ear so i toked a look and i saw a black things alot alot of them in the both ears well my couson toke him to the vet and he cleand them and he gave him ear drop twice a day for 1 weak and i used it but there is lil of them deep inside and they say dont put anything deeply in the cat ear so what can i do?? and are these things are hurmful to the cat and ME???help!!

call the vet back it sounds like ear mites you will be ok
