Key Cards
Returning member to GW. Lost name and pw, but I do have the access key cards. How can I retrieve old account?
Need help! I use to play GW a couple of years ago and then stopped playing. How do I retrieve my old account? I used a yahoo account name as the user name. I contacted NCSoft report giving them the access key cards for Guild Wars, Faction, and Nightfall. I get a reply back stating "In researching the access key you provided, we have found that it is registered to an e-mail address that is different from the ones you provided. Due to security reasons, we cannot disclose the e-mail address that is associated with the account. However, I can tell you that is not similar to the address you currently contacting us from, and has a yahoo domain name. So that we can confirm the correct e-mail address with your account." Someone hacked my account?? How do I retrieve my account?
I would contact them again and see if there is any way that you might be able to retrieve your old account. Failing that you may have to just count it as a loss and buy another key which you can do while in the game.
