How to include everyone in a moulin rouge party?
I have thought about doing a moulin rouge theme for my 18th birthday party. I thought i would be good because it can be sexy without been slutty. The only problem is what can guys 17-20 wear? I want everyone in fancy dress but i am not sure what they should or would wear!
Also I am inviting all my family as well as friends and i don't know how to include them how could they dress as my older relatives aren't going to dress up in sexy costumes but what could they come as?

For the older ladies, cancan dresses arent really 'slutty'
Just a nice frilly dress with lots of colour would look sort of classy but still Moulin Rouge-ish
