Why does Busch driver Morgan Shepherd always go out after 20 laps? Lack of running money?
I watch him with curiosity as a 65-year-old driver is quite a novelty.
You point makes sense "Harvick", but I'm wondering about it always happening on lap 20?
Start and park field filler. Gets in the race when there's not enough teams to fill out the field. Starts the race, parks after X amount of laps. Cashes check. He uses almost all of the money he receives on his christian charities. Very god person.
